  • Commission work will not start till the project is paid in full. Placement in the queue will also affect work time.

  • Payments at this time are only taken via square invoice.

late payment

  • In the event the client is not able to make a payment for any reason, please contact us ASAP to discuss options!

  • We understand that occasionally, things happen in life that are beyond our control. Regardless, the clients slot will be pushed back behind the next project in line, as projects are completed as they're paid for.

design changes

  • Once the design is finalized and payments have begun, any design changes or additions may be subject to a fee.

  • Coyote Arcade reserves the right to refuse any requested changes/updates outside of what the original purchase was intended to be.

  • Please take the time to be certain about what you want for your project in advance! Any alterations to your project will increase the wait time of the full queue.

cancellations

  • A 30% non-refundable down payment is required within a week of acceptance. We strongly recommend making sure you are financially able to afford buying a fursuit before emailing us. We take payments but do keep in mind that the order of our project queue is based upon payments. If you stop payments, you will be pushed back.

  • If you would like a refund and your suit has not been started you can be refunded everything except the 30% down payment.

  • If your suit has been started and you would like a refund you will be refunded according to how much work has been completed. We reserve the right to finish and sell your suit if this is the case. After the suit is completed there is no refund option.

  • When requesting a refund be aware that larger amounts may be returned in payments. A timeframe will be discussed in time of request.

  • We reserve the right to terminate your commission at any time, with or without prior notice. If we terminate the commission at any time client will receive the full amount back.

  • Communication with the creator is to be cordial and professional. The following would be considered grounds for termination if you in any way try to: Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten myself or otherwise violate the rights of others, including, without limitation, others’ privacy rights or rights of publicity.

completion / deadlines

  • Coyote Arcade does not accept completion dates or deadlines at this time.

duct tape dummy

  • Coyote Arcade requires a well-made DTD for any bodysuits. Poorly made DTDs can cause a poorly fitting suit.

  • If the DTD is unusable, we will request another at your own cost. Again, your DTD is essential to assure that your suit fits you just right!

  • Failure to provide us with a DTD on our agreed-upon deadline will cause the project to be moved behind those that are ready to progress.

  • Don't forget to re-tape your DTD over where it was cut for you to get out, or there will be a fee.

  • DTD will be requested to be made and shipped about a month before needed, to reduce risk of dtd shrinkage or body changes (losing or gaining weight) we require the DTD to be made soon before starting.

age restriction

  • Coyote Arcade will not work with clients under the age of 18 for any reason. ID may be requested.

  • Coyote Arcade will not work with parents looking to purchase a fursuit as a proxy for their child, or for someone who is under 18.

shipping

  • Shipping is not included in the price of your fursuit. It will be charged separately once your fursuit is ready to be shipped.

  • Coyote Arcade is not liable for any lost or damaged product. In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us immediately and photograph any and all damage the moment the package arrives.

  • Customs fees for international orders are the buyer's responsibility. Items shipped outside of the United States will be marked for the full value. Under no circumstances will packages be undervalued or marked as gifts.

  • All new suits include a one year warranty for free repairs due to mistakes on my part. These are handmade items and will not be perfect, but any damage that you may have concerns about please provide detailed photo/written documentation.

  • Coyote Arcade retain the right to refuse repairs that I believe are to be due to poor costume care or general negligence.

  • It is up to you to care for your suit. we are not responsible for any damage caused due to poor care such as: overzealous activity in suit, damage caused by the suit being loaned to another person, lack of cleaning or fur matting due to poor care, etc.

  • Repairs require that the client pay for shipping both ways. Please check with me before shipping any items in need of repair.

  • All items should be well cleaned before being sent. Failure to properly clean your suit may result in your package being sent back, and no repairs being done.

  • Any and all modifications, alterations, or repairs done to the suit by someone other than Coyote Arcade will void your warranty.

TextWhat to expect

Quote/Application process:

Before you apply first you need a quote. Before openings a quote form will be up. Normally this is 1-2 weeks before the slot openings. To receive a quote keep an eye on Coyote Arcade social media where the link to a form will be provided. Once the quote fee is paid and form is submitted you can expect to hear back with a total price within a few days. Quoted prices are good for up to 6 months.Once receiving a quote you may go ahead and apply for a slot. Forms and information regarding openings will be posted on social media. Once filling out the application form all there is to do is wait. When applications close I will send out acceptance/ denial messages. As we get a lot of applications per opening don’t get discouraged if you are not picked the first time. we have to pass up on characters we would love to make every time.

Queue:

Congrats you got a slot! What now? The first thing we will go over is payment, furs, and you will receive a mock up colored sketch of the costume. Once furs are ordered and design is confirmed you may only request changes before the suit is started. Changes may result in a small fee. Wait times can vary. As of now the current wait time is around 12-18 months. Everyone who receives a slot is encouraged to join the public whip/update channel where updates are frequent. You are more than welcome to ask questions anytime. Replies are done during work days mon-fri.

Wipes/updates:

Aside from the public update channel you will be sent frequent updates while progress is being made. Wipes of patterns sent must be approved to continue. Therefore any changes requested afterwards may be denied or done with a fee. Changing parts such as the head after I continue can sometimes be very difficult.

Once suit is finished:

Your suit is done! How exciting! Once a suit is complicated we will pack your creature safely and get a label made. Once the label is made the client is required to pay for all shipping. This includes insurance and any other fees such as customs fees if overseas. Insurance is set to the value of the suit. I’m also happy to accept any air tags or tracking tags sent from the client to put in the box as well if requested.
Once shipping is paid we will get your package out in a timely manner. When you receive your suit let us know! We love seeing pictures!
